A Little Bit of History  

It started in France... and ended in Harrogate

Madame Odette  was a fabulous home cook.  Holidaying in her home in Normandy, as a child, she often shared her secrets with us.  She was such an inspiration that we brought her recipies home to Yorkshire.

We have over 25 years of experience in the food industry specialising in authentic French inspired food . Starting with a small, French family run restaurant in North Yorkshire and later, a continental delicatessen, producing hand made fine foods. 

To create exceptional food we know that the time, care and love we put into our products is very important so we don't skimp on ingredients and have always supported our local suppliers. 

We do not have a large factory, all our food is made by hand in our own kitchens. We have never added any preservatives, colouring, or additives. We never had to, it just tasted too good without.

 
As members of the Guild of Fine Food we do not sell any 
of our products to supermarkets, we only supply to hand 
selected Deli's and Farmers Shops.
